Initiate DialogueName, professional email address, and organization details. Required for initial consultation requests and application processing. Stored in encrypted databases hosted within the EU.
Information regarding specific strategic challenges or educational interests provided via email correspondence. Used solely to tailor our methodology or curriculum. This data remains within the correspondence chain.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) strictly for security auditing. We do not use cookies for behavioral tracking or analytics. No cross-site data collection.

Our commitment to privacy dictates specific technical trade-offs. Here is how we balance user protection with service availability.
Form Submissions

To avoid server-side processing vulnerabilities, we do not store submissions in a temporary database.
Mitigation
Uses a mailto: protocol. Your email client handles transmission, ensuring the data never touches our database, only your outbound mail server.
Persistent Login
DOWNSIDE
We do not offer user accounts or "remember me" features, which reduces convenience for returning visitors.
Mitigation
Correspondence is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Sensitive documents are shared via secure, expiring links rather than user profiles.
Analytics

We possess minimal insight into how visitors navigate the site, as we block third-party trackers.
Mitigation
We rely on aggregated server logs for load balancing only. Qualitative feedback via direct correspondence is preferred over behavioral tracking.
User Rights & Access
- Right to Access: Request a summary of any personal data held in relation to direct correspondence.
- Right to Deletion: Request the removal of your contact details from our active correspondence records.
- Portability: Export of conversation history in standard formats upon request.
